Artists from Hamburg

  • Faust

This Hamburg collective pushed krautrock's experimental impulse further than almost anyone, recording in a converted schoolhouse and building abrasive, collage-based music that abandoned conventional song structure altogether.

  • Boys Noize

Hamburg producer Alexander Ridha, whose hard-hitting electro tracks and physically intense live shows made him a transatlantic bloghouse staple.
