Incapacitants

Toshiji Mikawa formed Incapacitants in Osaka in 1981 as a solo offshoot of his work in Hijokaidan, and Fumio Kosakai joined after the project moved to Tokyo. They built a sound out of pure analog electronics pushed to maximum volume with no digital processing and no interest in restraint.
