Member of the Hot Mix 5 on WBMX-FM, the radio DJ collective that mixed live on air every weekend. Known for innovative turntable techniques including lifting the turntable off the deck mid-set while the record was still spinning, then tapping on the platter to create percussive beats. Producer of 'Jack the House' and other early house tracks. His scratching and creativeness on the turntables influenced a generation of DJs including DJ Pierre, who wanted to be a radio DJ because of the Hot Mix 5.
