Artists from Southampton
- Artful Dodger
Pete Devereux and Mark Hill were the production duo who carried garage out of the pirate stations and into the charts, largely on the strength of one 1999 record made with Southampton singer Craig David.
- Craig David
The Southampton singer's collaborations with Artful Dodger, above all 1999's "Re-Rewind (The Crowd Say Bo Selecta)," turned him into garage's breakout vocal star.
